So I needed the Ales
So I needed the Ales is strike multi pad stage kit. Ordered it from prosoundgear.com and it came on time BUT! THEY FORGOT THE METAL STAND MOUNT AND THE STAND! LIKE, what DO U THINK I WANTED the stage kit for? Had to chat live. He told me to email missing items person in charge so I did. And emailed two of their supervisors and have yet to hear back about it. Needed it for a gig this weekend. Now that's not happening. Ugh.

Unresponsive and unaccountable
Unresponsive. Like others noted... They indicate something shipped, but when you go to the actual shipper, they haven't received the item to ship... Update... Finally received the piano. The store tried to put it on FedEx, but I had been in communication with FedEx and understood from those communications as well as tracking data that the store had sat on the merchandise over a week before actually sending it out. I'm happy with the piano, but didn't like having to chase to get delivery.
