Not given enough days ahead to reschedule my order since I have a lot of this shampoo conditioner, and I don't like these types of products sitting around for a long periods of time.I have since paused my order and I'm probably canceled the subscription because I do not like subscriptions for that reason!!

I love my Prose shampoo
I love my Prose shampoo, conditioner and hair mask. I also love my curl cream. Even though I dont have curly hair, I like how the curl cream helps when im styling my hair. I also feel safe using it on my 6 yr old grandson's hair, since the ingredients used are clean and safe. I would however like to receive an email PRIOR to my products being shipped, so that I may adjust my quantities of my products if I have a back log of products sitting under my sink already. Other than that, I'm very happy with Prose.

Flexibility of shipping and Scent
I like to be able to change the scent. Also I am glad i can delay the shipping date in case i wont be home.

I like the natural ingredients
I like the natural ingredients. I did not like how oily the curl cream made my hair.

I like the fact that I can do this…
I like the fact that I can do this online, however, I use more shampoo than conditioner, I can’t figure out how to hold conditioner purchases.
