I do love my hair products & I do need to replenish my hair supplements every month but I have not yet used even half of my first shampoo, conditioner & curl cream & another shipment came. I'm not a wasteful person, these products are expensive & I will use all of what I already have before I start the new batch. In my first survey I believe that I stated that I wouldn't need any new products until the first of the New Year. With this new batch I'm sure I'm covered until March/April. If we can't get on a schedule that works for me I will have to cancel my Prose subscription.

I love the prose shampoo and conditioner. I have tried so many different hair products and I can say that prose leaves my hair healthy and smelling great. Highly recommend!

I love the shampoo and conditioner. My hair is soft and clean. My hair get "squeaky" clean and the condition moisturizes it perfectly without leaving it greasy. In fact, I can go 3 days without washing it. I love that the product is natural, fits my hair needs in the location where I live, and has a beautiful scent. I did talk to customer service, and even though my issue couldn't be resolved, because the company makes products individually to fit your hair, they were easy to get a hold of and friendly. I use 2 pumps of each and they have lasted me 12 weeks (with some to spare). I am very happy with my subscription. It meets my needs perfectly.

I like everything about the products from the way they smell and feel to the way they make my hair feel! I have silver/gray hair and I get compliments on my hair all the time.

Ease of ordering- but I wish there were more of a lead time to modify shipments before they are shipped.
