It was a pretty good experience. Ordered some made to measure pants from them with side adjusters, their “ai” tool was mostly right about the fit I got. The hem was a little bit too big for my taste but after going to the tailor to get it just right they were willing to give store credit for it once I sent the receipt via email (there is a card in the box telling you exactly how to do it and how much store credit they will give) Also received a holder inside of the shipment. More than happy with this store, ai made a small mistake but they more than made up for it. Definitely recommend it.

I ordered a tuxedo shirt with French cuffs for a wedding, it was delivered on time and the fit was perfect, I am very happy with the results.

The clothes look way better online than in person. Also, I would say it is way over priced too. I have gotten blazer of the same or better quality off the rack at Jos A Bank, just being honest. Definitely not worth the close to 700 bucks I paid for it...

Jeez the titles of all the 5 star reviews seem like they’ve been written by marketing, don’t they?

I don’t understand the negative reviews. All items I’ve gotten from proper cloth have fit great! If they don’t fit perfectly they will make a new garment to get it right. I love this company and buy pretty much my whole wardrobe from them. Customer service is excellent in store and online.

Consistency in sizing is lacking from one order to the next even for an identical model shirt. I have ordered from them several times and I’ve given up. At first I believed the lack of consistency in fitting was due to the different shirt designs until I ordered a same shirt back to back. The shirt sizes are so inconsistent. It’s not minor. Even my dry cleaning mentioned it. I also just received a suit jacket through their “smart sizing”. I need to return it for a refun as the quality of the fabric is bad. I have messaged, emailed and even called them without a reply. Their website doesn’t offer a web option to simply request for a refund either. I’m avoiding proper cloth at this point. Avoid.

I'm curious what fabric choice the poor review customers are making? My shirts didn't come overly wrinkled, in fact, it was packaged like any shirt you would buy from the store. I found the fabrics I chose to be soft and luxurious (lafayette twill and a few wrinkle resistant twill). I measured myself, and they got it spot on after I sent my first ordered shirt back for adjustments (no fault on their part). The fact that they will re-do a shirt free of charge is huge in my mind. Delivery was quick and the fit and look are top notch for me. Definitely a world away from buying a shirt off the rack for about the same price.

First shirt was poorly sized b/c I tried to do it at home. Tried again, was worse, then got fitted in NYC b/c I happened to be there and that shirt fit great--except the collar completely fell apart and started bubbling before I even put it on--straight from the factory it came with defects. The next two shirts I ordered (remakes in the same fabric and style) had the exact same issue. Currently fighting for a refund, and I will be contesting with my credit card company.
