Anything having to do with insurance policies can be stressful, so it was a great relief when everything was organized, informative and preceded smoothly. My claims adjuster, Alayna; was the reason for my 5 star review. All thru the process of my claim for roof damage due to severe weather, Alayna was patient and kept me updated. This was my first experience filing a home damage claim and I appreciated her help. Although there were some delays with outside contractors; I was still very satisfied with the service I received from Proper.

We have been with Proper Insurance since December last year, and this mid June we had an incident of our garage door, broke and completely fell off the rod. We did submitted a claim to Proper Insurance, and they did helped us facilitate the replacement and paid us with all of the damages except, of course, my co-pay. Mike Wolf was my agent and the claim representative was Elizabeth Douma, both were so excellent and their services were top notch, they were helpful and very, very knowledgeable. Elizabeth responded to my emails very quickly and was on top of the situation at all times. could not ask for a better experience from these two. Kudos to you guys and more power to your company. Highly recommended.
