They cancelled my testing date twice without updating me. I drove an hour there and an hour back for no reason both times. Not to mention, the phone service is terrible. They almost never answer and have horrible attitudes. It has almost been a year of me simply just needing to get state certified.

If i could give 00 i will i missed my exam because of this application disconnected me the last 10 minutes before starting my exam and almost lost my opportunity at work very disappointed and very bad system

If I could give 0 I would. Test scheduled 7:30am...finally at 8:45 guy came on and asked me to come back in an hour as there were issues with the system. Got back on at 9:45 & it is now 10:30 &no agent! I have tried to go to the test center 3 times in the last 3 weeks and they have been shut down! Now this!!! Worst company ever!

Another one with a bad experience. At least my certification was finally done but it was a nerve-wracking experience. I had the "A proctor will be with you shortly" on my screen for an hour. Called their customer service and the recording said my hold time was approximately 10 minutes. It was 25 mins. Then the person said the needed to reschedule me but the good news for me was that they would not charge me! Seriously? At the same time a proctor came on. Seriously? The exam was mis timed and no where can I see where it tells me I would get only 2 10 minute breaks in 5.5 hours. Just not a good start to an already stressful event.

Worst experience ever. I schedule my SHRM CP proctored exam TWICE and BOTH times NO PROCTOR showed up. It was scheduled for 9:30am and I waited until 12:30pm both times, crickets. Nothing. “A proctor will be with you shortly” was on my screen the whole time with no movement. I was on the phone back and forth with the company several times during both events, waiting on hold for 20+ minutes EACH time. Now I have to reschedule my test AGAIN after losing TWO work days because of this company’s negligence and inability to run a company. This is outrageous and unacceptable. You really think I’m going to believe that a proctor is going to show up the THIRD time I attempt this??? I will be escalating this as high up as I can go because this company should be out of business. Thanks for nothing.

I've had 2 scheduled tests by Prometric cancelled on me. First was because of "natural elements" and they alerted me 2 weeks prior to my exam (that took months to get a date for). Then, without any help, rescheduled myself for a later date. Showed up to that appointment with the other 50 people scheduled, and they never alerted us that the site was closed for the day. Took 2 hours to get ahold of someone from Prometric to even alert us that the site was closed. This organization needs to be expanded to handle the amount of people they serve. Ridiculous. 2 days AFTER my scheduled appointment I received the cancellation email. Thanks Prometric, I noticed.

I echo all of the bad reviews here. Spent hours on the phone trying to reach SOMEONE who could actually answer my question and was just left on a loop. It's pathetic.
