SCAM ALERT!!!!! I took a CNA prep-course. Then I waited the maximum amount of time for a response from Prometric for a test date. Nothing! They did not contact me at all! I called them and the lady that I talked to was very hard to understand. I think she told me that I need to contact the state. So- I asked her if I they simply took my money and then they were not going to contact me to let me know my application results? She said yes. Flat out… no denying it at all. She said I now have to contact Florida to find out my results. Why did I even need to pay them and wait for their response??? I am a regular busy person and I have too much going on to have to throw money away (what I did with Prometric) and need to continually do the jobs of everyone else. If I paid for a service and they blatantly refused to do anything and said I needed to do what they were supposed to do for me, they are 100% a scam! Smh… what a waste!!!

I cannot believe this is actually a legitimate company. Trying to reschedule my exam within the allowed timeframe turned into an absolute nightmare. The online system would not process the change, and when I contacted customer service, I encountered long delays, inconsistent information, repeated requests for proof I couldn't possibly provide, and an overall lack of accountability. What should have been a simple issue took days of calls (many of them "dropped") and countless emails. After reading other reviews, it appears many candidates have experienced similar problems with scheduling glitches and poor customer service. In the first customer service email it said "At Prometric, candidate satisfaction is something that we take very seriously and would never compromise under any circumstances." -- This is laughable at this point. For a company administering high-stakes professional exams, I expected a much higher level of reliability and support. I hope I never had to deal with them again. Very disappointing experience.

A well known fraud examiner association uses this company to do their remote exam proctoring. My god - the absolute worst decision they could have made. It literally has tarnished my opinion of the organization. The proctoring is crazy unprofessional, super invasive, Everytime the level of scrutiny is different, the accents are all over the place but always hard to understand. I despise this company and I would highly recommend that you do not hire them if you care about your brand!

This was the absolute worst testing experience I’ve ever had in my life. As some background I was in my graduate program for both chemical engineering and engineering management during Covid so I have had my fair share of online exams. First their policies are different than the ones emailed to you. Specifically the use of a second table. In no papers I signed or was sent did they state only one table was allowed. THEY MAKE YOU SHOW THEM THE TOP AMD BOTTOM OF THE TABLES ANYWAY. What would have been the issue if I used two other than I had nowhere to actually write with my laptop on the small table I had. Then I have glass doors in my mudroom/office. They made me cover the glass door because “someone could come and see the exam material” as I’m literally blocking the laptop view and was 3-4 feet away from the doors. Lastly I was almost done with my exam and it kicked me out. I get back on go through the whole “security check” only to have the test kick me out again. I entered in the chat to the staff that the test disappeared and it was asking for my sign on. There was no response so when I grabbed the sheet with my confirmation number to sign in like it was prompting me the proctor suspended the session and left me with NO HELP. Thankfully I finished the test and was reassured that the answers will be submitted and I would hear back in a few days. The staff was rude and unapologetically difficult to work with. The app and software itself is terrible as it crashed 2 times on me. I don’t care if I have to travel to a different country to take an exam it’s still better and less aggravating than dealing with Prometric. They should be ashamed of the quality of service they provide. I will also be reaching out to the primary company that the test was for and highly encourage them to find a different company. If I could rate them a 0 star I would’ve.

The fact the big exam companies cheap out and use these services is such a shame. They are quite literally one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had.

Be prepared to hire a lawyer before you can take an exam. At this point you might as well just replace the staff with AI because it would have the same effect on customer service. Alejandro this one's for you for acting like disconnecting from your proctor check would let me move through the next time. How about next time you don't lie directly to my face.

Absolutely worst experience writing an exam or testing that I have ever had. Rude staff, brutal policies. Feels more like your there for an interrogation or going to prison. It would also be nice if there was some diversity within the staff.

They are a joke, it’s a round Business just there to take your money. Very unprofessional and no clear communication at all.
