I am very impressed with the level of communication and follow through from my contact Josh at ProMerchant. We were struggling with excessive receivable time turn around times and in a matter of less than 1 hour, ProMerchant provided me with the solution I needed. No handoffs here, who you talk to helps you through the simple process and stays with you, I am recommending to anyone in need of such a flexible service

Nothing but Positive!!!!!
I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. My previous CC processor was absolutely horrible, and I didn't even know until my eyes were opened. I never received calls to see how the service was or if they could help, and it was impossible to reach customer service. In just a few short months my ProMerchant rep, Chris, had reached out to me on numerous occasions to answer questions and see how things are going. He is always available to help if needed. Not only are the offerings and services better, I am saving over $100 a month with ProMerchant. I cannot say enough good things about them, and I would recommend their services to anyone in the market for a CC processor.
