We are a small business so having a merchant account is a little intimidating but they make it easy our rep is always available by email or phone and helps me through any questions that I have very quickly.

Dear Robin, We’re very sorry that you were frustrated with the process. When you opened the account, we had requested a certain dollar amount range of transactions based on the information provided in your application, which was approved by the processor's underwriting department, and immediately upon approval, regardless of reason, you requested to increase that range by a large amount. The processor didn’t put any transactions on hold, they simply requested to review the account for the newly requested parameters, which we believe to be more than fair. At that point, you asked to cancel your account and we wish you the best in your endeavors. Best, ProMerchant

Lured me into starting an account then randomly closed my account days later after asking for information which should have been already confirmed before opening account. Very money hungry company stay away!

These reviews are done to protect the interests of all of our processing accounts and we support the banks decision in this matter.
