Shipped in a timely manner and I got my dress a week early! The dress looks more beautiful in person!

The dress was beautiful but was shipped in a thin plastic bag inside a box. I was expecting a thick wardrobe bag to protect the dress. I was disappointed that dress showed a purple jacket online and I only got 2 sheer shoulder cover ups especially when I paid over $300.

My daughter tried the same size 4 jersey gown at 2 different shops. It fit perfectly. She found it here and ordered a size 4. It was huge. Alterations would have run over $100, on top of the $500 paid for the gown. Decided to send it back and discovered the 15% restocking fee. Yes, we should have gone through all policies beforehand but we were ordering a gown in a size that fit perfectly. So, we paid over $75 (with the return shipping cost) for her to try on a gown. It's an awfully high fee for this company to turn around and resell the dress to someone else. Lesson learned. Won't shop here again. Especially when sizing was so different from the stores.

The dress was exactly like it looked online. Shipping was less than a week. I would order from this site again!

Would not accept return do to extenuating circumstances just a few weeks after ordering. Unworn, still in the bag. Would not even listen to the reason for return. I was willing to pay 15% stocking fees.

False online stock availability! The warehouse and customer service team lack efficient communication and coordination.
