Once shipped, delivery was quick!

I was afraid that the dress would look cheaper in real life than from what was pictured but looked amazing. Also, I wished that my size (10-12) was available for this dress but the closest they had was a size 14. I'm not picky though I can easily get it altered! Thanks for an amazing dress and quick delivery!

The dress was a size to big. I called the 800 number, talked to a real person and she helped me exchange it for a size smaller. They were so understanding & heplful and made this experience easy and stree free. Thank you Shari!

My daughter tried on her dress in town but when we went back to get it, it had been sold. I searched online and found prom dress shop. First, I saved $100 compared to my local shop. Second, I had to call and do multiple gift cards by phone and they were very pleasant. Third, free shipping and we received it in less than a week. I definitely recommend prom dress shop, especially if you know the size you need.

The dress arrived as promised and was absolutely STUNNING! It is a truly beautiful and well-made gown. 4 stars simply because based on the measurements I entered for my daughter (she is 5'0 and 103 pounds), the size was determined by her waist measurement. The dress is a 2 piece and while the waist fit almost perfectly, the top was HUGE! It hung on my daughter. Fortunately the seamstress is able to do the necessary alterations so the dress will be worn by my daughter and not the other way around. Otherwise...the dress is exactly as advertised and we are very happy with our purchase
