The products came separately and one took longer than expected. That said, I gave 5Stars because delivery problems was not Deep Origins fault. The ring is satisfactory and fits as ordered

The ordering and canceling processes is easy and straightforward. Im surprised that it took less than 4hrs to get an email that my order has been canceled. It feels like I am using a friendlier version of amazon.

This is a terrible company!!!!! If you are going to make unsuspecting customers pay for something they are unaware, you need to be prosecuted!!!! Nowhere in my order did it state that I would be forced to pay for a subscription!!!! I want my fuc##ng money back or I will be contacting a lawyer and you will be sued!!! $149.95 was raped from my bank account without my authorization and that is called theft!! I also reported you to the Better Buisness Bureau!!! Scam Scam Scam!!! Buyers be Ware!!!

I’ve had the same bracelet shipped to me twice and I never received either of them!! 😡 What’s the point in contacting AGAIN you when you just told me that basically it isn’t your problem since it’s been shipped already. I ordered the first on APRIL 4th! Almost August and I still haven’t gotten even a replacement. When I asked for a refund you said you don’t refund once it ships. So I’m out of money and a bracelet! 🤬
