Project YourselfReviews of projectyourself.com

Beautiful Ayurvedic Copper Water Purifier, great quality and workmanship. Though it took nearly 13 weeks to arrive to Sri Lanka during the pandemic, it arrived well packaged, bubble wrapped inside a box and in perfect condition. Very attentive to all my questions as well. Happy with the purchase, highly recommend! Love it!

Following a promotion on Facebook by this company, I decided to give them ago as their product was attractive. Like all promotions there is the option for add ons which I opted to go for since I had heard good research data. Well, I got a third of the order and then an email asking if I would write a review to which I responded that I had yet to receive my full order at which point I was informed that the specialty items had run out and more were on order. After several months and emails later of me wondering if I had been scammed, today, the rest of the order turned up and I can tsay that for me personally, this company definitely delivered on its core values of integrity & trust.

Love your items! Excellent customer service! I am so happy with you, guys!

Their customer support is top-notch. When an order arrived that was missing a part, I called and they were already aware of the issue, resolved it instantly, and sent me the tracking number for the missing part. They are always a pleasure to speak / email with, and the products are well-made and always beautiful.

Project Yourself are incompetent and utterly unprofessional - they continue to fail in providing the two items I purchased and have not received. Their false promises of many supposed shipping dates that have come and gone. A combination of invalid, incorrect, alternate, unrecognisable and non-existent TRACKING numbers on the Tracking on-line system - all the tracking enquiries I have made has led to a dead end. Project Yourself are quick off the mark to respond to a negative review - yes, they did send send an email in response to my review and a further enail asking me to rate their service!! BUT until I can enter a correct and valid tracking number and am in receipt of the items I purchased or they show good faith and refund me, my low opinion and negative reviews will remain until they rectify and find a solution to making a very unhappy customer happy.
