My daughter made a small purchase and was not aware that she had been signed up for a subscription and the next month, $186+ was taken from her account. She called this company and explained that she did not know she had been signed up for a subscription (this should definitely be made clearer) and demanded have they cancelled it immediately however they have never refunded her money. She is a single mom raising two small girls and this is really upsetting to me her mother. If they will not listen to her I will be calling them shortly. BUYERS BEWARE!

I bought some bracelets which were fabulous. Delivery was prompt and the product as described. Unfortunately I did not realise that this purchase would sign me up for a monthly subscription. This needs to be made clearer. However, on contacting the company they immediately cancelled the subscription for me and refunded the money which had been taken from my account. Cannot rate Yelli and this company highly enough for their customer service which is outstanding.

I'm very fortunate that I was able to click onto there site to see what they had to offer. I checked there site and read a bit about there services and there mandate. I was.very impressed what they had to offer. I purchased a few things and was totally amazed how well there products are in quality and support. I have purchased a lot of articles that my family and friends have been very very happy with the gift a gave them. I would recommend this organization and products to anyone asking and passing on the site to those who ask.
