The sound bowl was way smaller than i thought it would be and doesnt have the lil stand to put it on but its pretty heavy duty.

I have received thanks for contacting and promises to look into the matter, but so far no solution. The people who have contacted me have been very courteous and considerate, but still nothing has been done. The merchandise I purchased was not as advertised. It only fell a short distance, but nonetheless shattered in part. Quartz does not do that. It may break but in a more crystalline manner.

Hi,Although I knew the stones probably are not real, but they are pretty, and I got alot of complements, however I had no issue,or no way paid $100,or more,It was actually free bracelet with a shipping charge,I used a gift card,so nothing could be taking further..I enjoy mines..

Hi everyone , I ordered my free 7 charkra bracelet a few months ago now and panicked as my sister looked them up and it said scam. But to be fair I recieved my bracelet and very good quality , im not sure if it does what they claim but very pretty and good quality. I'm so so sorry to hear from those of you who haven't recieved your orders . I signed up to PayPal and I use it anytime I order online so that way if it ends up being a scam or you get ripped off you contact PayPal and you will get your money back. Best wishes to all x

I received my bracelets today (one for me and one for my sister) but when I came to write a review, I saw all the concerns about a subscription renewal. I went to read the "Terms of Service" which I hadn't before (my fault!) and emailed them to cancel the subscription. I have not been charged any additional amounts but have also alerted my credit card company to block any charges from this company. This was a lesson!

Full disclosure, I did not pay $45 for the 7 Chakra gemstone bracelet with heart charm. The company emailed an offer for me to only pay for shipping, which was $11.95. That said, I really do love the bracelet. It is very pretty and seems well made We will see how the stretching band holding it together works out. I do not have alot of luck with the stretchy bands. I am very satisfied with the purchase overall. Shipping is kind of slow. My package tracked in Columbus, Ohio from 8/1 til 8/6/19.
