I first ordered this Ayurvedic Copper water purifier in May 2021 but it took more than 2 months before I wrote to enquire about the delay. The next day I got a reply explaining the reasons for the delay and also a complimentary voucher as gesture of goodwill for my inconvenience and continuing support. When the purifier arrived in early August, it was dented on one side unfortunately as the packaging seemed insecure. I wrote to them about the mishap and requested for a replacement and also suggested they improve their packaging by using bubble wrap all around. Like my earlier response, the next day Ms Yelli emphatically replied and promised she will do her utmost to check with her team for a a free replacement. I was indeed very pleased that she wrote again shortly to say that a replacement is on its way. I am indeed very happy that Yelli went out of her way to make sure that my issue was attended with positive outcome. Thank you again to the Project Team. David Leong

I don't understand how you can say something is free with shipping and handling only and then all of a sudden take out $149.95 for something I would have never in my life paid that much money for now my account is overdrawn and I have to get a new card or whatever I got to do what did I do wrong if I'd have known I had to pay that much for something I ordered that states free with shipping and handling only to me y'all are a rip off and I've reported you to my bank I can't seem to get an answer from you guys other than send in my email address and some kind of claim number I don't even have a claim number and I don't even have the item that I was supposed to receive so you need to help me figure this out please I do not spend that kind of money on stuff if you're going to advertise something for free shipping and handling only that's what it should have been not $149.95 help me figure it out thank you have a good day

I left a 5* Review regarding a refund awhile back but have since still not received the promised refund. Being told that there was an issue and they were looking into it as almost a month has passed with no resolution, but a general reply to make sure they are "touching base", so I can not dispute with our financial institution. Buyer beware if you are on subscription.
