Very reluctant to give them any stars I ordered a Hoodie from this company back in November for a Christmas present still have not got my delivery was told it was coming get the same answer every time I email them but saying that the last email they have not replied would never buy from this company ever again it’s looking like I’m going to have to go through A long drawn out process through PayPal to get my money back never again.

Nice clothing designs, but personally would never purchase from them again. Communication is awful. It’s been over a month and no update on my order whatsoever.

Order placed on 12/15/21. Not shipped yet as of 12/29/21. No response to emails, impossible to contact by phone. Paypal charge already processed. Only way to get refund is to open dispute with Paypal.

One of the worst purchases I ever made!! I bought my a hoodie and I have not even received anything from the delivery company, not even they answer the DMs and their 24hr customer service is completely false!!!!

If you try to buy a product from this store, you have to know that their shipments take a long time and many people have months and have not received their orders.

I have to share my current and only experience. After more than a month from the order I am in situation: - order has not been delivered - the seller stopped communicating after he shared a fake shipping number with me - waiting for refund (I had to open the dispute via PayPal) as I believe this is not trusted shop at all

I ordered two tee shirts and didn't setup a Project Orochi account first by mistake. A week later when I tried to check on the order, I freaked out when I couldn't find the order number and couldn't login to the Project Orochi website. It all worked out great though because Project Orochi had sent me very well made and organized text messages that provided me all the info I needed. The order took a little more time than I expected but there is a pandemic going on and the order was trackable and easy to follow-up on. I highly recommend this store, their stuff is great looking and not mass produced. You're only as good as your last hurrah so I'll see how things go on my next order. But for now, it's a five star store for me.
