Do not buy if you live in the UK. Poor delivery service. Orders never recieved. Made a purchase in June, never received. A further order was placed in September but never arrived. Then a 3rd was made. I had tried to get a refund the first time but they said they could only send a replacement not refund me. I demanded a refund the second time and they refused to refund me fully and kept £10 shipping. Not happy. However, that being said, the administration team are excellent and respond very quickly.

I ordered a hoodie in November and it was only shipped supposedly in February. I followed up multiple times about delivery and they just say it was delivered. I can’t query as the courier says it has to come from the shipper. No further help from them only saying I can re order at a discount. I can only think this is a scam

I placed an order in November for a SINGLE T-Shirt and am still waiting for the thing to even be SHIPPED. There was no communication as to where the product was, and when I followed up inquiring about it, they sent me a tracking link to another persons order in a different country. Be prepared to wait 4 months to get anything - very disappointing. Won’t be ordering again.

Ordered back in January. Have yet to receive my order. They just charged me for another month’s box. So now two orders, with no response from their team. Wouldn’t take my chance with this one

The company provides an order number, but when you try to look up the order number, it doesn’t exist. It’s been over a month since ordering and can’t get so much as a status out of them. They just tell you it’s 3-5 days to process and 5-7 for shipping. Ruined a Christmas gift. Never again

The single worst experience I’ve ever had ordering from a company online. Not only were the customer support people awful to deal with, but the CEO sent out a marketing note to customers joking about skipping town with customer money. So I flagged the transaction as fraud and got a refund from my bank. Product took 1+ month to finally arrive, and was not as described. It looks like a $15 hoodie pressed in cheap paint, and the faint marks are on there to show it was rushed. Product also does not fit correctly as described either, and would easily shrink if it had one trip in the dryer. I can’t stress this enough, do not give them $100+ for a product that they don’t have the supply chain to handle shipping for (despite constant flood of social media marketing) nor the full IP rights to sell online. I really hope this helps others who are considering purchasing from them.

I never received my order, not sure why they offer international shipping if things don’t really arrive, after 2 months they re sent it but a week has gone by and it hasn’t even been shipped.

Horrible company do not order. Ordered one hoodie three weeks ago keep getting the same runaround from the same idiot. Completely irresponsible to take more orders than you can fulfill. Still won’t get an answer a if will be here for Christmas. Keep getting the apologies that mean nothing y’all basically have stolen from me as I haven’t received my item and I should’ve a long time ago they are thieves they will not send you your item horrible experience, horrible people Avoid it all cost. Thieves!!!!!!!
