They make good clothes that are comfortable and look good. They have delays for shipping, but that’s expected nowadays. Overall amazing company with really cool designs

I’ve ordered from them twice, both orders came within about two weeks. The designs are very good, and are worth the purchase. However, for my second order I never was notified that it shipped. It just arrived at my house one day unexpectedly, that would be my only complaint. Otherwise they’re a great brand

Good quality. Might take a while to get there but its fits great and very comfotable.

I always loved the designs, I got to know about them through a YouTuber called Zanny (you should give his channel a visit if you're into Star Wars and For Honor). The Quality is great and the designs are really good, the only complaints I have is that it does take a while to get delivered and that it takes a long while for a response about the item when it's in transit. Would definitely recommend.

They have the worst customer support ever! It takes them a week to reply to a question, and they fulfilled the order after one month(!) and then shipped it to Jamaica instead of Bulgaria. After two months and a half, I still haven't received my order nor a refund!

**Update** **We've finally received the item 2/7/2022, however it's not the correct item. Ordered hoodie, and now have a crewneck sweatshirt** Overall horrible experience. They have pretty cool stuff according to my boys, so of course this was an easy stop for birthday and holiday gifts. Bad choice. We first ordered a sweatshirt for a birthday 3 weeks early, it took a month an a half to get here. It wasn't until I emailed them about it, then all of a sudden we received a notification that our item shipped. To then arrive way later than the party. Again, cool stuff and one of kind items. Tried it again for Christmas. Not only did they not send any updates, we never received the order. Mind you we paid expedited shipping this time. Ordered end of Nov or beginning Dec. Can't remember. I emailed a couple weeks before Christmas, they said they will contract management and for sure get this out to be delivered before Dec 25th. Nothing. Nadda. Emailed again after holidays and asked for a refund of the expedited shipping, received that in a couple days with the assurance he will contact and get this item. Again nothing. Only on Feb 2nd did we just get a 'refund' email. Sigh.... So we never received the 'one of a kind' item, short a gift on the holidays and needless to say we will never shop here again.

I had given this a terrible review as I had the same problem as everyone else with terrible communication problems etc. However the hoodie did eventually show up just over 2 months after I ordered it & even though shipping status still said they didn’t have it. I still won’t be using them again.

Absolute shocking company, I will never buy from them again. Ordered a hoody mid November for a Xmas present and only just received it on the 8th Jan. Communication is very poor !!!! I would avoid
