I previously ordered from here, & it was fine. I placed another order on 3/25 & never received it. Shipping status says label created. I tried numerous times to contact the company through the link on the order, & the email came back as undeliverable. Extremely disappointed. Out $246. This order was supposed to be a present for my son.

The products they sell are great quality, and the prints are fantastic!! Recommend Project Orochi's clothing to anyone and everyone who are fans of original designs from their favorite games. Will be buying more of their clothes for myself and friends!

Purchased two t-shirts back in November of 2022; my shipment came with one of the t-shirts being incorrect. I did reach out to the company to report the error and it took several weeks to get a response. I did follow their instructions to mail back the incorrect shirt with a written letter identifying my order number, shipping address, the name of the correct item needed and other information but have had zero follow-up since. Their customer service email address is no longer functional; I get email address invalid kick backs now.

Such high quality clothing! I have the Warden Hoodie, and waiting for 2 more pieces of clothing to arrive, which they notified me about the late shipping, such a great brand, and a great team of employs behind them! Thank you Project Orochi!

Worst customer service ever! Do not buy from this website! After a long wait for an overpriced tshirt for my son the company shipped the wrong size! Was completely useless far too large! Send about ten emails to customer service explaining they shipped the wrong size 5 weeks ago and they have not even responded. Crap service! Their error not mine and no resolution or explanation offered !
