The quality of the items is amazing! However, it does take a decent amount of time to arrive in the mail. I'm at least glad they told me about a day after I bought my item that it was gonna be delayed.

Fantastic quality hoodies BUT There is virtually NO customer transparency/service. This company will just take your money and take 3-5 weeks at a time to process your order. I've ordered from them twice and have had to wait upwards of a month for my two item order to be processed. Which would be fine if their website said that orders took that long, but they didn't! They falsely boast an expedient 3-5 business day shipping. Their service has been this slow for upwards of a year now and while I want to support them and their products their lack of customer support and transparency keeps me from rating them higher.

I have heard great things about project orochi so I had a few question before I bought something so I asked my questions and it took them 2 weeks too respond and they didn’t help me at all. I decide to get a nice shirt from them and ok asked how do I track my order and they still haven’t gotten back to me. Then they emailed me saying that my package was delayed. So I decided to just cancel it and get my money back. the way I cancel my order is through customer support which is kind of dumb considering it takes them 2 weeks to respond. Also their shirts are way overpriced I bought one flannel for 74$ CAD which is kind of dumb of me to buy it. But I also had a 10% discount code on it so it was actually more expensive. So if you want to buy from them you can just be warned that their customer service sucks and if you are going to buy something then KIRIN is the 10% discount code for checkout

The designs are simply amazing and the quality is too!

Den 12. juli 2022 bestilte min søn og jeg tøj fra denne virksomhed. Vi skriver nu 23. september 2023, altså over et år senere og vi har stadig ikke modtaget tøjet!!!!!!!!! Har af flere omgange været i kontakt med virksomheden som undskylder og til sidst vil refundere pengene, men tja de er heller ikke modtaget. De påstår de er overført, men det er de ikke. Virkelig dårlig oplevelse og der køber vi så aldrig fra mere.

Thanks to you for a great product, I loved it and I will be happy to buy again in your online store. I would like to add that it would be good if they took into account the shipments, a way to let their clients know when and what day the package will arrive again. I am grateful, excellent 🙏🏼

I don’t usually write reviews however the wonderful customer service couldn’t be overlooked it was taking a while for my order to confirm so I sent an email and within a couple days I got a response john was the service rep and was helpful through out the process and constantly gave updates great company definitely will be purchasing again
