This is hands down my favorite clothing brand from the designs to the quality. Being a customer for a long time i can tell they’re constantly improving. No company is perfect especially around holiday season but the end result is definitely worth it i have high hopes for the future of Project Orochi. Keep it up guys and keep moving forward

Do NOT Buy. You will not receive your order :/ **UPDATE** I recently received my package. I sincerely feel sorry for my review now. Because i panicked. All tho i will say. They could improve by giving updates earlier.. i was only first notified and able to ttact the parcel 3 days ish before i received it. (Ordered 13th Jan. Received 28th feb.) I have received everything i ordered. The quality pretty good. Feels comfortable.

We ordered merchandise in late November totalling 152.00 dollars. These were items for our grandsons christmas. We have yet to receive this order. We have sent seven emails asking for an update. We have yet to get any type of response. Christmas is long gone now. My grandsons disappointment is not. The money is lost as well. Amazes me how people can do others this way and go to sleep at night.

Ordered 14 Dec 22, order still not received. 06/01 emailed and was advised 09/01 would receive shipping notice within week, nothing received as at Feb 23. Happy to take money ($300NZD) but no goods received and certainly no customer service. I advise do not purchase from Project Orochi. Disappointing for my 14 year old son.

What a incompetent company. Ordered on the 3rd week of October and received no updates on shipping or anything. Emailed and dm'ed their social media for refunds on my order multiple times and still no reply.

Been waiting for my order since September 2022. I've been getting replies by customer service but it's always basically "sorry, should be shipped very soon". First time I'm buying from them and also the last time.

Like many others, as soon as I payed for the order they disappeared. It has now been over two months and I have escalated the issue with PayPal.

I ordered a T shirt at the end of November 2022, I got a confirmation email and paid in full. I am still waiting for my order, I have emailed the company twice and have screenhots of doing so and they do not even have the courtesy to reply to me. I am now going to pursue a full refund as this is just a ridiculous amount of time to wait for my order and with no correspondence from the company to update me on anything.
