I purchased through their beamer-parts.eu site however it is the same company. The lamp they sold me was a fake and was so dim that we are barely able to see the screen at night time. They refused to replace and claim that we have used it more than the allotted time, total use was less than 6 hours when I contacted support. I learned an expensive lesson.

DON'T PURCHASED FROM THIS COMPANY PROJECTOR LIGHT WORLD YOU WILL REGRET IT . Purchased a new bulb for my 60"tv got the tracking number and checked my delivery to find out instead of sending my bulb to me in Canada they sent it to Ontario France , I immediately contacted them and have not got any response . Hopefully it actualy arives by the read of these complaints , easy to find lots of aftermarket bulbs overseas and half the price and best of all every purchase I ever made overseas has arived.. Dont buy from these clowns.. The only responce I have gotten from them in email was when I asked for a receipt and they told me to be pacient for my delivery. Curently my bulb is in France ???

We ordered 4 new projector lamps on 18 November 2018. One of the lamps was put into a projector on 15 February 2019. After running for 55 hours the lamp failed. They're supposed to run for 3000 hours.

Poor quality products. Lamp failed after 4 months. Just outside warranty. Maybe 200hrs or so.... Previous genuine lamp lasted nearly 3000 hrs

I am now been a victim of this fraudster company, wish i had read these reviews before, Never received the lamp, when chased them they gave a fake tracking number, I checked it with DHL they said it did not exist. since they have stopped responding. I am reporting them to trading standards. PLEASE AVOID THEM !

Absolutely useless. Supplied a bulb for an Optoma HD65 which failed within two months of receiving it. Supplied a replacement as per their pathetic 90-day warranty for a product which is supposed to last two years, and it failed after approximately 12 hours' use. Then claimed I was out of warranty and offered a 10% discount on next purchase. Total shysters punting inferior garbage. Avoid.
