Bad. I ordered a Epson ELPLP87 Projector Lamp that was Chinese. The first one lasted a week but was faulty from the first time we put it in. They did replace that one but then the second one didn't last anywhere near as long as a branded one should. They then fell back on their 90 day guarantee and wouldn't offer a refund. If you want a lamp that's cheap but doesn't need to last more that 90 days then this is the shop for you.

Replacement lamps are inferior and only last for 12 hrs or less. I would never buy from these people ever again.

Ordered a new bulb for my EPSON projector, they shipped a different model not compatible with my projector. I sent them pictures to prove the mistake from their side, they replied that they shipped the right model and that if I want to give it back, shipping costs will be at my own expense and they will not refund me for their "mistake". This site is a SCAM and I hope competent authorities will shut it down as soon as possible. Reading all reviews from other customers, it looks like it is a practice to ship to customers malfunctioning or wrong items, in order to descourage them to give them back because of the higher cost. PLEASE STAY AWAY

I ordered a new bulb module for an Epson projector. The bulb only lasted about 2 hours before it failed. I have failed to get any response from the customer service department. Wish I'd never purchased from them. Should have looked at Trust Pilot first.

I purchased through their beamer-parts.eu site however it is the same company. The lamp they sold me was a fake and was so dim that we are barely able to see the screen at night time. They refused to replace and claim that we have used it more than the allotted time, total use was less than 6 hours when I contacted support. I learned an expensive lesson.
