24 days to receive my lamp!
I ordered a replacement bulb unit from what I thought was a French site (everything led me to believe this was the case). However, a couple of days later I found a UK phone number on their confirmation email. I was then concerned that I would be subjected to extra charges (after Brexit importing items may be subject to duties and taxes). I phoned the number only to find I was speaking to someone in California, USA! I was told the lamp would be sent from there. It took 24 days to receive the lamp. 2 excuses: storms in the US and Covid! It took 14 days to get it to the departure airport then 5 days to get it to France. Had I known the order was not coming from France I would not have used this company.
