Terrible customer service. No phone number. Everything is just bad. Had to send multiple emails just to get my order shipped. They cancel my first order after I was charged on my PayPal then I had to email then after I made a second purchase with my credit card for them to simply ship my order. Be prepared to chase them if you simply want an order. I am still waiting on my order and will update. I hope the product is worth all this delay.

It would be great if buyers are informed or able to check whether the usual delivery/mail service is available to their country before purchasing your product. The express mail costed more than the item that i purchased from this seller and it was only after quite some time that the availability of the usual service mail was informed to me. However, im at least grateful that seller replied my emails, just that it was quite slow. The item that i purchased is great, it works just fine. I love it.
