I could not believe how quickly my questions which were sent via email were responded to. This company has gone above and beyond to make me feel valued. All my concerns were responded to in a polite and courteous fashion and always asking if they could do more to help. Very impressed with this company and their products too.

This company has great customer…
This company has great customer service! I ordered a device a couple of months ago and then received an email that I was entitled to a free gift I had not chosen. I kind of though it was a scam at first, but no, several days later, a package arrived containing some very nice eye cream. Also, I do really like the device I ordered, although I have not had a chance to use it often enough to see significant results.

I’m happy with my purchase
I have been using the mask for two weeks. The skin condition of mine improved in general and the mask itself is easy to use and very good quality. Had a bit problem with the shipping but the customer service was very helpful and responsive. All in all a pleasant purchase:))

I like it! Don’t LOVE it though
Can’t really see thru the sunglasses. So I can’t do things while wearing the mask. But I love the timer and that it is FDA approved.

The mask works great
The mask works great, love all the options and think the price is good. My only complaint is the weight of the mask. It’s heavy and nearing the end of the 20 mins. can be a little painful on the nose where the mask rests.
