Hi Raymond, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We hear you loud and clear, and we completely agree stopping those reminders would be a terrible business decision. We did not intentionally cancel text alerts, and this is absolutely not a trick to catch you off guard. We use a specialized subscription platform called Recharge to automate and deliver our Subscribe & Save text reminders. Our system shows your reminder was scheduled for the 19th, but we discovered a technical disconnect between our system and the SMS delivery network. We are actively working with Recharge support right now to track down why that specific text failed to send. We want to fix this for you immediately and we will call you when it is. We value your loyalty to Pro Health and want to earn back your 5-star experience! Thank you for bringing this to our attention so we can look into this further and for allowing us to make this right. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Respectively, The ProHealth Longevity Team

Dear Seung Jin Lee, Thank you for sharing your feedback. Please accept our sincerest apologies for this frustrating experience. This is absolutely not the standard of customer care we pride ourselves on. We completely understand how unsettling it is to have an order delayed for 3.5 weeks with no communication. Upon investigating, our IT team discovered a technical issue with our inbound email network that unfortunately caused incoming customer messages to drop before reaching our support platform. This is why we were unable to see or respond to your initial inquiries. We are deeply sorry for the communication gap and the stress this caused. We have sent you an email update regarding your shipment via Asendia USA. Your order experienced a processing delay at their facility, but it is now successfully in transit to you. To help make amends, we have issued a $20.00 USD refund for your shipping costs. Depending on your bank's policies, this credit should appear on your statement within 5 to 14 business days. We want to ensure everything else is handled perfectly for you moving forward. If you have any further questions, please contact Gail, our Customer Service Manager, directly at [email protected] or internationally at 001.805.564.3064. We want to make sure you receive a 30% off discount you can use the discount code FEELGOOD30 to honor the discount as a one-time courtesy toward your next order. Thank you for your patience and for holding us to a higher standard. Warm regards, The ProHealth Longevity Team

Please feel free to reply directly to the email we sent from [email protected]. Alternatively, you can call us Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PT) toll-free in the US at (800) 366-6056, or internationally at 001.805.564.3064.
