I initially decided to order the MNM Powder 250g from Prohealth due to the positive reviews and the product's advertised purity, hoping to save some money. However, upon arrival, the powder was not pure white and had a noticeable chemical smell, which raised concerns. I contacted Prohealth via email to express my concerns, providing all necessary information, including the product name and my order number. Unfortunately, the customer support I received was inadequate, with only a single reply asking for details I had already provided. The return policy seemed misleading as my initial inquiries went unanswered. Based on this experience, I could not recommend this company. UPDATE AFTER CONTACTING CUSTOMER SERVICE: 15/05/2024 I received a follow-up message from Kathy. While she couldn't explain the color and chemical smell, I was partially refunded, and they sent a replacement product with expedited shipping at no additional cost. Upon further inspection, it seems the initial package might have been tampered with by UK customs, as the seal was removed. Given the improved response and resolution from customer support, I am updating my review to 5 stars for their efforts. Unfortunately, I do not have access to advanced equipment to test the product's purity comprehensively. However, I was able to test the pH and solubility in water, both of which were satisfactory.

Go elsewhere, poor delivery and significant customs charge. None of this is stated in anywhere. Lesson learned for me and don't do the same yourselves. Buy from iherb, never had any issues with them

This company is great - they stand behind all of their products and are one of the most customer-service oriented companies we have ever dealt with, bar none. The quality of their supplements is very high and the prices are reasonable. Over the years we've bought things like Hydrocurc and Thymus Pro and the shipping was fast and items well-packaged. They have an online Nutrition Advisor you can chat with, although we've not done this ourselves. Their customer service is available by phone and are easy to reach and quite helpful. All in all, we'd highly recommend this company to anyone.
