Air Mail shipments are picked up from our facility and then sent through an international distribution center Asendia USA. Then after that, the package gets sent to your country for local delivery to the destination. Our experience with USPS International Mail shipments, depending on customs, can take at the earliest 10 to 20 business days to arrive. The 2 to 6 weeks is a time frame we use to include unforeseen shipping delays and customs processing. We hope your order arrives soon. As a one-time curtesy we honored a discount of 20% off your order and refunded your account the difference to apply the discount towards your first order.
