Dear Tinka, Thank you for your feedback and we sincerely apologize for the delay we responded to your email regarding your order shipped on July 6th 2025, we tracked it on Asendia USA website and it shows that your package is in customs authorities. Our experience with Airmail International shipments depending on customs shipment can take 2 to 6 weeks to arrive. If it doesn't arrive in the allowed time please feel free to reach back out to us by responded to our email so we can either ship a replacement order or refund you for the order. Air Mail shipments are picked up from our facility and then sent through an international distribution center Asendia USA. Then after that, the package gets sent to your country for local delivery to the destination. Our experience with USPS International Mail shipments, depending on customs, can take at the earliest 10 to 20 business days to arrive.
