Not worth the cost in my opinion
Had the mouthpiece, but didnt receive the actual unit until after a very long delay. Now that I have it, I dont think it is worth the cost. The reservoir emptys in about two seconds. How is that possibly going to do the job? I have water flossed with the water pik after using Proclaim and there is always debris still left over. I imagine if the water reservoir was 3-4 times as big, it might have the impact they are looking for. As for now, I dont see any benefit to it at all.

I'd rather floss
I'd rather floss. My dentist sold this to me. 700 bucks later and it does nothing

Too early for a proper review
You asked me to rate my recent experience?. Yes I received the product. All parts were included. I am currently using it. I really won't know if it is doing what was promised until my next dental appointment which is 3 months away. I am puzzled as to what I can say at this early time about my experience. Thus the one star. I have no idea what Trustpilot is. I checked the box anyway.

It doesn’t fit
UPDATE: within days of posting this review, proclaim reached out to me and sent me a UPS label to send the machine back to them. I will update here again once I get my refund, which hasn’t happened yet. But I’m a little more confident in their customer service now. It doesn’t fit. It doesn’t work. I would like a return and asked for one by email last week and haven’t heard back. So a horrible product and horrible customer service.

The wrong mouthpiece was sent
The wrong mouthpiece was sent, I communicated and then haven’t heard anything for a week since. Frustrated by the overall lack of communication since my scans.

This process was way too long I ordered…
This process was way too long I ordered the unit in November and still have not received it. I have communicated with them and they have responded but still no product.
