My Proclaim device has been working great for over a month with excellent results in removing plaque and cleaning between teeth after brushing. Very easy to use and clean - much easier than older water flossers or regular flossing. The dental scan at a nearby office was quick and efficient. Done in less than 20 minutes. Customer service has been quick and responsible throughout.

We appreciate your wonderful feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that Proclaim is working so well for you and that you had a positive experience with the dental scan and our customer care team.

Set up was easy. Everything worked as described. My only quibbles: * packaging is hard to break down for recycling, * the hose is awkwardly rigid. Its inflexibility has caused me to overturn the entire device several times now * the reservoir lid does not sit firmly and is easy to knock off for older users like me But all-in-all I appreciate the product so far.

Eric, your feedback is valuable to our team and our customer care team will be reaching out to assist with any additional thoughts you may have. Thank you for reviewing Proclaim, and we hope you continue enjoying your system!

First of all, the company was a joy to work with! Just tried out my unit for the first time and I am absolutely addicted to the use of it! Felt amazing on my gums and thoroughly flushed out any remnants of food in between my teeth. Brilliant concept that really works! I highly recommend this product!
