I recently had the pleasure of working with Samoia and I can't emphasize enough how invaluable her support has been. From the very beginning, she has proven to be a true expert in her field, offering exceptional guidance and assistance. She possesses an impressive understanding of the Procell device and her ability to explain its intricacies in a clear and understandable manner made the entire process of acquiring and learning to use the device a breeze. I felt confident in her expertise from the start. What sets her apart is her genuine willingness to help at anytime. She patiently answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had. Her commitment to long-term customer satisfaction is truly commendable. Thanks to Samoia's expert guidance, I feel well-prepared to use my Procell device effectively. Her assistance has given me the confidence to offer top-notch service to my clients and to make the most of this innovative technology. In summary, if you're considering a microchanneling device, I wholeheartedly recommend reaching out to Samoia Martin at Procell Therapies. Her knowledge, patience and dedication to customer success is EXCEPTIONAL!! She has proven to not just be a sales rep, but a valuable resource and partner on this journey. ~ D Marie/ Hair & Skin Innovations
