Hey Julie we are glad to hear you like the service! As far as the shipping charges we actually charge you exactly what UPS charges us and tack on no additional fee. (I personally know this as I am the one who developed the system.) Being that we ship thousands of packages a year they do give us a pretty good deal that we pass onto our customers. We looked up your order and it looks like we shipped this “Ground” which is the cheapest/slowest method available to us at this time. The primary reason for the slightly higher charge of $19.17 is because your package had to travel over 3,700 miles. Most deliveries in the USA range from $10-$14 That being said we will look into alternative options for shipping methods to Hawaii for future deliveries. Thank you again for being a loyal customer!
