Hello, I am trying to find out if ProCell Microchanneling treatment can be performed in Europe ( Romania to be exact) . I am an esthetician, I am providing the treatment in Canada , willing to relocate and continue doing my treatments back home ( Romania) . I asked my representative here in Toronto and I didn’t receive an answer. If someone has more information if the treatment can be performed in Europe, please get back to me . Thank you
