I initially purchased a microneedling pen/supplies from another company, but due to Corri’s UNIQUE ambition, compassion, and confidence in Procell I decided to stick with this company. Not only is she SUPER PASSIONATE about Procell, she is passionate about educating and supporting her clients. She has given me SO MUCH security and support through this transition in my career. Inadequate support for providers has been noted. I have incorporated the products and system into my practice, yet I find the support from your side to be lacking. Despite paying an additional $500 for a machine update, the improvement is marginal and not up to expectations. Moreover, my name does not appear when locals inquire about Procell. I hope the company will assist in business growth. Allowing clients to purchase products directly from us (the providers) would be beneficial.
