Worst company ever!!! I spent 3,000 dollars on two sennheizer mics. One of them was defective when I opened box. I reached back out to get a replacement unit and they literally stopped returning my emails. After the 30 day return policy they reached back out and said send it to sennheizer. These guys are legitimately dishonest and I would highly recommend not using this company. I should have read the reviews on this company before spending 3,000 dollars on my first audio!! Super disheartening.

Previously, I've ordered gear form Musicians Friend and Sweetwater. This time I was looking for a Squier CV Starcaster. PAS had the guitar offered for $130 less than those two! It arrived in short order and was very well packaged. The service rep with whom I placed the order was very helpful. I will certainly consider them in the future. I'm sorry to hear that some of you had a negative experience. To PAS Customer Service - I hope you carefully read and consider the negative reviews. You need to make sure that any mistakes you might have made are never repeated. Remember, the customer is always right!

I've ordered 2 guitars and 2 amps from them. Great prices and super fast shipping. One amp was listed as used, great condition. It was factory sealed new for over half off the new price. Great company to buy from.

Hi I was leary on purchasing a squire telecaster but I must say I’m in awe with it and your company. I got the guitar in 3 days it came professionally packed the setup and action is spot on to my liking. Thanks again I will continue doing business with you Happy Holidays.

I was skeptical at first to order after reading all the bad reviews but they had the cheapest deal for the Squier Stratocaster so gave them a shot. Placed the order and received the tracking number the very next day. Order received in 3 working days in perfect condition. What came to a surprise to me is I paid the price for a used one and received a brand new Strat. I would definitely recommend them I'll be doing more business with them.

I've bought a lot of products from ProAS. I've only had one significant problem over a number of years. I'd ordered an expensive piece of gear that was supposed to be in excellent used condition at a price significantly below what others were offering it for. I received my receipt for the used item after paying for it. However, I was then given the option to pay somewhat more for a new unit, the increase in price left it still well below the competition. I received the unit. I can't tell if it's mint used or new but it seems to be new. Now here's the problem. I wanted a receipt that showed it was a new item in case I ever wanted to sell it I thought it might make a difference. I was told they can't do that. They say their systems don't provide that option. That seemed quite lame. I never got the proper receipt. But otherwise good as I indicated, so 4 instead of 5 stars.

Very shady company. Read all the reviews. You'll see a very distinct pattern. They are good at taking people's money, but poor at shipping and providing customer service post-sale. They also misrepresent the condition and quality of their used gear.

This site has horrible customer service, do not order from them. I order a Stage Light from them using sezzle. I put the order in my cart go through checkout process using sezzle when I finalize sezzle payments and when it kicked me back to their site it said item out of stock. Sezzle told me my order was processed. Well I call them and spoke to a gentleman named Zed he tells me I'm checking with financial team to see is the sezzle order went through "you will get a email from me tonight" after reading many reviews this seems to be their thing. Never heard from them so I called them again I was told by Zed yet again we are working on it with sezzle you will get a email from me tonight. I got no email. I called sezzle and they told me that each company has a dashboard that they log into and can see the orders right away. There is something shady with this company. If you decide to order I would us PayPal or something so your protected .
