So sad I have to join everyone in making a complaint about this company. It took a month for my product to arrive. So cheap and terribly packaged. The item was completely damaged and broken to pieces. Contacting this company is impossible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They are a bunch of thieves.

This product is very cheaply made and doesn't even work. DON"T ORDER

Ordered an oximeter (advertised as FDA approved!) in April and, though charged, have not received anything. From what reviewers are saying, it looks like the product would be useless anyway. Am reporting them to PayPal, American Express, and a national newspaper. Ripping people off on medical devices during the pandemic is newsworthy.

I had to give them 1 star to get this review started. This is a Chinese company (not disclosed). The items ship from China (also not disclosed). Communication borders on zero. After 3 weeks and a complaint to PayPal I was given a tracking number. It was then apparent the items were making their way thru China to Hong Kong then stateside. 2 more weeks and I still had not rec'd as they were stalled in Compton, CA. When we did receive, the Oximeter would fail 8 out of 10 times, not recognizing when a finger was in place. Then the reading are suspect. If correct, I should be on oxygen if not in a hospital. The thermometer is equally disappointing. Am going to work with PayPal to get $$ back.

Don’t order from this so called company! This company takes your money and uses PayPal to get it. Don’t expect any help from PayPal either. Totally disgusted.

If there was a negative number of stars, that's what they would get. So sorry I didn't investigate further before I placed my order in April. This is a Chinese company NOT Philips the American company they pretend to be. They NEVER responded to me; but WHEN I filed a Paypal claim; they "shipped" within a week. After 3 weeks to receive the item from China, it was worthless. A lightweight plastic toy version of a pulse oximeter. Frustrated with Paypal too. Still trying to get my money back and they aren't communicating with me. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. BUY NOTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! UPDATE TO ALL FELLOW PAYPAL USERS. PAYPAL REFUSED MY REFUND BECAUSE I "RECEIVED" SOMETHING FROM THIS COMPANY EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NOTHING LIKE I ORDERED.

I agree 100% with the other reviewers who have had a terrible experience with this company. Everything from trying to cancel before it was shipped, to multiple attempts to contact them to no avail, to receiving the shipment past the 30 day return window of a product that is not made by Philips, to the tracking system that doesn't work, to multiple company names. All of it happened to me as well. My next step is the paypal resolution center. SAVE YOURSELF THE GRIEF AND DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

If I could give it zero stars I would! The thermometer finally arrived and it is the most flimsy piece of plastic I have ever seen. Almost like a toy at Dollar Tree. I put the batteries in and it doesn't work!! Surprise!! Checked their return policy. Return in 30 days for a refund....they don't get you the product until WELL OVER 30 days has passed!! Total Scam!!! Do not order from this company!!
