Scam sham company. Oximeter took forever to arrive, looked like a toy, total piece of junk. Didn't work, wouldn't even turn on. Their phone number isn't active. Wish I didn't have to give it ANY stars.

This company is a scam. The company, operating as philipspulseoximeters, trolled a news article and fraudulently used the USA company Philips name. They charged PayPal on April 23. The pulsemeters did not arrive till Jun 5. I contacted and they said delayed. Received toy junk. Does not work at all does not go on. They offered $17 dollars for a 89.70 order $8.90 shipping. I opened claim after escalating to PayPal. PayPal is unreachable. No response until I wrote a note of concern when the settlement date kept moving out. After I sent several messages, I finally get reply from PayPal they are working on it. Then PayPal emails me they will refund when I send back to a bogus address in China! The address translated came up as library. I can’t believe PayPal does not support its customers and the protherm/ Healthcare/Philipspulseoximeter.com is a scam, preying on people in a pandemic

Have been waiting one month for a simple face mask order to be processed and received. I understand They provided a tracking number, however, there is nothing to track! USPS says it's waiting for merchandise. This is unacceptable. Have contacted my bank to file dispute. Purchase at your on risk!

This company is completely bogus. Their website purports to be affiliated with Phillips. I waited weeks and finally had to open a dispute with Paypal. Finally got the the junky fake piece of plastic. Doesn't work at all.

WARNING - SCAM COMPANY!!! Ordered a Pro-therm touchless thermometer and they immediately charged my debit card. After three weeks, I have contacted the company 3 times and they have NEVER responded! I have now issued a dispute claim with my bank to reverse the charge. This company is a SCAM and should NOT be trusted!!!

Do not buy. Poor quality. Cheap. And it's Celsius not Fahrenheit. No way to convert it and they don't tell you. You can email them for a refund but they give you the run around so don't even bother. Don't buy it don't waste your money

It only reads in celsius. It does not adjust for altitude changes. Would not buy again. It took over a month to get to me, could have been because of Covid-19.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- PRO THERMS!!!! Pro Terms does not deserve to get a star rating as they are terrible!!!!!! I really wish I had read the reviews before I invested $77.90 of my money to buy a thermometer. I ordered it on May 7, 2020 and to date have not received it. I've tried to email and get an auto response in Chinese that I could not understand. I tried calling the phone number and finally got someone to pick up, but they hang up after I expressed my concerns. All they said was that it shipped and I would get it today, but didn't offer a tracking number. I'm so pissed off!!! Please please please read these reviews and DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!!!
