Ordered on April 7, now May 20 and no product. Emails answered with canned reply apologizing for delay due to order volumes and back up shipping. Call their 855 phone number and you just get recording saying no one available to take call. Chinese CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Scam site. Order never came through. No response to refund or any communication. They also make blatant fake reviews.

This seams to be a scam I have tried to contact them several times thru phone as well as email and there has been absolutely no response . I'm beginning to think this is not a company that anybody should deal with . I will definitely follow up if this company follows thru with there obligations .

Pro-therms sells knock-offs. Pro-therms is behind Philipspulseoximeters.com and perhaps other websites using the name Philips -- Be warned, they are NOT associated with the medical products international manufacturer Philips. I am not easily scammed, but I missed this because I didn't compare logos! This is still a misrepresentation if not a brands violation. Ordered on April 21, 2020 and 3 weeks later, my tracking shows product has not yet left China. Registering a complaint with Paypal today.

If I could give them no stars I would. Horrible company. Ordered on April 25 and nothing, nada, crickets...going to put in a compliant through paypal. so glad I didn't use my credit card.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. SHOP AROUND FOR OTHER MODELS. RECEIVED THE THERMOMETER. DOESN'T WORK. NO REPLACEMENT, REFUND OR CREDIT ALLOWED. BEWARE. RIPOFF.

CHINA FRAUD! I have called and emailed attempting to cancel an order I placed and no one is returning my call. An automatic email says that my product was sent as a response to my cancellation request. Read the good reviews, they are not written in proper english because its a foreign review from this company based out of Quanzhou CHINA. DO NOT BUY anything from them. Its another attempt to take advantage of us during this time when we need a thermometer the most.
