Well I have 2 of them and they both say different temperatures I got mine through Amazon. They're sitting right next to each other and literally they're over 1ﾟ difference Between the two. None of the readings on them are the same and they are right next to each other. Garbage.

Negative stars They are an absolute scam business No one will contact you at all and their email address will respond as not deliverable. Pay pal is supposed to have purchase protection but that is absolute bs too!! Do not purchase from this company also known as Best-deal

Ordered items . They shipped something other than what was ordered and will not refund . Do not purchase from them

I purchased a fingertip monitor and a separate meter. Only the fingertip monitor was delivered not working. Pro Therms gave me a run around and did not refund my money. Paypal did not refund my purchase stay away from Pro Thermador and don't belive the PayPal lies. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM Pro-Therms! I purchased one thermometer from them over five months ago. They quickly took our City's money but refuse to refund it or send our thermometer. I had to threaten to get our City Attorney involved just to get a response. They claim they have a have proof of delivery. It never happened. SCAMMERS!

I ordered two thermometers from protherm.com in March 2020. They charged my credit card in April 28 and I received the thermometers the second week of May in a beat up USPS package. I wrote support immediately attaching pictures of damaged packing before I even opened package. One thermometer worked although it looked like a cheap toy. The other never worked. I contacted them thru Shop.com support address and after numerous attempts asked to submit video , which I did showing damaged packaging and non functional device. They eventually promised a 40% refund of total saying postage to China was too expensive for them to cover. Tired I agreed to deal and was told it would be done as it was now July. Checked PayPal who have been no help after 2 weeks and no refund. Now they claim they refunded it but sent me a copy of their own that says it wasn’t issued. It is now Sept 3 and still no refund. This company is definitely non ethical as all the accounts seem similar and I’m also disappointed in PayPal ‘s handling of my case. The reason I used PayPal is I believed they evaluated and enforced their vendors to respond to their Mutual customers . Addendum. After many months and many emails including some after I posted the above review yesterday. I received notice from protherm support my refund actually got issued. I also got a notice Email from PayPal itself I think that I will get refund on my account in next few days. If so I would say continue to be persistent and maybe it will get you some results, I’ll keep you posted but hopefully they have done the right thing.

I wouldn't give this company even a 1 star rating, they have the worst of worst customer service, but the worst of it all is their product, the thermometer they sold me for $77.00 is equivalent to a Fisher Price toy for a 2 year old. It doesn't work, it reads the same temperature for one or 100 individuals, the instructions are terrible. When you email the company about their faulty product that doesn't work, the company emails back, "have a good day." I wrote to the company that I want to return my thermometer, they email me back, for me to video me taking photos of using the thermometer, I emailed the company back, telling them I will NOT video tape anyone, that this a violation of HIPPAA and individual confidentiality. The company emails back for me to push a certain button, yeap a button that doesn't do anything, like all the buttons on the thermometer that is a piece of junk. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF INDIVIDUALS BECAUSE OF PANDEMIC. FRAUD, FRAUD FRAUD IS ALL OVER THIS COMPANY. I will be reporting this company to the Federal Trade Commision.

Stay away from this company. After waiting and waiting we followed up and were told they were busy when it arrived it didn't work they told us that it is very expenstive to sell in the US and offered a15% discount on something that doesn't work or I can gather the required customs paper work and tracking papers and send it to their warehouse in China and they will determine. We are 72 we purchased something in good faith we should not have to do all kinds of running around to obtain and item that works.
