I ordered the item on April 22, but received no confirmation of my order. I complained to the company and received a message that my order was shipping and could be tracked on 17 Track all in one package tracking service. 17 Track showed the trail from China to LA then USPS to my house. The pulse oximeter may not be of the same quality of Masimo finger tip model going for $250-300; however, it works, has a color screen, and was only $35.
