I only give this a 1 star because in order to write a review. This company deserves zero stars. They took my money immediately back in early April 2020. Merchandise was to be shipped quick , I paid upgraded price. Nothing ever came. I filed complaint with postal service for Tracking number. USPS said tracking number was taken but nothing was ever sent under it. This company tells me merchandise was lost. Last email I got 2 weeks ago was they'd refund my money to PayPal, that's never happened either.

Ordered 15 thermometers for our company in the beginning of April, 2020 and still haven't received them as of July 21. They keep saying that they are on the way but I doubt I will ever see them. I let them know this morning that I am reporting them to Mastercard to get the company funds back. They are fraudulent . Customer service is non-existent.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, I MADE THE MISTAKE NOT NOTICING IT WAS SHIPPED FROM CHINA, 7 TO 10 DAYS DELIVERY. I PAID WITH PAYPAL... AFTER COMMUNICATING CONSTANTLY WITH THEM, I RECEIVED MERCHANDISE 50 DAYS AFTER, NO LONGER NEEDED OF COURSE..THEY PROMISED A REFUND 30 DAYS AGO..HAHAHA SAME . I CONTACTED PAYPAL AND THEY COULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.... I TRIED TAKING THE ONE STAR AWAY AND I COULDN'T

SCAM, selling inaccurate, ineffective medical devices, taking advantage of a frightened public, and shame on PayPal; I will not use them again. There should be a 0 star rating for this "company" because they don't deserve a one star. I reported them to the FTC, my attorney general, and FBI, because I am pissed! Ditto to everything said below.

Bought one of their temp devices in march. Finally got it in June. Put batteries in and tried to turn it on and NOTHING. Contacted them and they finally responded two weeks later and told me to send them a video proving it didn't work. Did that same day and they responded that the video wasn't attached (which it was). Then they said the video file size was too large. Sent it to them for download through Hightail. They again asked to send them a smaller video size which I did. Now, NO RESPONSE. These people should be put out of business for fraud.

It's a fake company and it's fraud. Beware!

I purchased a thermometer in March and didn’t receive until May and upon arrival it didn’t work. I immediately emailed them and asked how I could return item and received no answer, even after repeated emails. I disputed the charge, which I told them I would do if they didn’t respond to my emails, still no response. Recently my cc company reversed the charge and I am now again being charged for junk. I tried calling the phone # on their website and it has been disconnected-no surprise! Steer clear of this bunch of scammers and word to the wise don’t buy merchandise from companies that want their money through PayPal, Paypal is worthless as well. I would have alerted them to my post, but I am sure they don’t even read reviews, they know what kind of company they are. It is horrible that during this pandemic companies are taking as advantage of consumers and the trade commission should be stopping companies like this.

Buyer Beware! I wish I had checked trustpilot before ordering from pro-therms. I ordered a pulse oximeter in April and paid via PayPal. The pulse oximeter was never delivered. Now PayPal and Pro-Therm expect me to produce some proof that it was not delivered. Beware!
