Literally made me stop and realize how much of my life has been wasted on the hassles of obtaining BC. You people are amazing!

I had an issue with my birth control not being mailed to the correct address and I called in for help and they were AMAZING! The person I spoke to on the phone was so kind and understanding and resolved everything for me that day! I love using PRJKT RUBY and will continue to use it for years to come!

I asked my doctor more questions about the pill I was being prescribed, to which they never responded, not even an automated email. I’m concerned about my body and health and you guys get the payment and don’t contact me till it’s time to renew.

I like how convenient and private it is. I am an adult, but my parents live with me so I can take care of them. That being said, they get nosey like I’m a teenager again and certain things they’re VERY old fashioned about. I love how when the BC comes in, it’s always discrete in packaging and I can just pop it in my purses if I’m at my office all day

It was really hard to get through to a doctor and I had no way of knowing exactly if my order went through after she approved. An email confirmation would have been nice (BEFORE the tracking number is issued) Doctor and online assistants were helpful!
