I don't really leave reviews, however, I have used PRJKT RUBY for years now and I don't think I would ever use a different service for my birth control. As someone without insurance, this is the most affordable I have found to be able to get my medication. My experiences with Customer Service have always been fantastic, and shipping is always prompt. I love this company.

Love PRJKTRUBY. It has made getting birth control incredibly quick and easy. The interview with the doctor was fast, simple, and I felt like the doctor was knowledgeable and polite. My order has gotten here quickly each time.

So, I started using PRJKT RUBY 4-5 years ago. Never had any issues, but when I saw other online BC options coming up, I decided to switch to one that was significantly cheaper. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER! I had so many issues with the other company including delayed shipping, lost package, no response to emails or texts, ridiculously long hold times, being overcharged, then they raised the prices to 3X what it had been! So when my year was up, I came back to PRJKT RUBY! Within 5 days of filling out my info, I had new packs of BC in my mailbox!!! I’ve never had a single issue with shipping or delayed packages so needless to say, I’m happy to be back and won’t be going anywhere else again!!
