PRJKT RUBYReviews of prjktruby.com

Super fast and easy. Very convenient way to get my prescription

They make it so simple to get what you need before you ever worry about running out. Super easy, super affordable. The one time I had to call customer service the person I spoke with was amazing, really passionate about the company and helping people get care. Love PRJKT RUBY!

Great service- easy and straight forward! Been using them for over two years with zero issues.

I've been using this for over a year and it's great! The one time I had a problem with my package customer service got it fixed right away. 100% would recommend

I had a bit of difficulty getting my prescription-went from getting it the next day to getting it a few days later due to some miscommunication. i’ll be honest, a couple of the reps i spoke with over the phone were a bit short with me & made me feel like i was wasting their time; however, a few others made me feel comfortable and taken care of which was appreciated. The PRJKT RUBY physician I spoke with was very kind & was able to transfer my “ella” prescription over to my local pharmacy (I was actually able to get it at zero cost thanks to my insurance). The product didn’t make me feel any side effects at all! In the past I’ve had nausea with other emergency contraceptives so it felt great to not experience that this time around! I would use PRJKT RUBY services again!

This service is so easy to use and affordable. I can’t imagine getting my birth control a different way again.

Fast and easy. No Hassel.

Everyone I've dealt with at PRJKT RUBY has been great—from the doctor to the customer service reps when my husband's card needed authorized (which was each charge... why I didn't put mine in intially idk lol). I knew I needed to try a few different birth controls to find one that worked for me, and a visit to my doctor to get a new prescription was a $60 co-pay EACH VISIT. Even though I would get the actual prescription for free through my insurance, it was so much easier, and cheaper, to use PRJKT RUBY to find a birth control that I like (#sideeffects). I've loved the company and its vision so much that I haven't switched to my local pharmacy in order to use my insurance.
