Great service!!

I enjoy having this service available where I live. I only wish they would not put holds on orders placed close together, requiring you to speak to someone over the phone to complete your order. Also, consider updating the auto-refill option to allow shipment of four cycles per order for those of us who skip placebo weeks. The website navigation and account information (such as order history/prescriptions) could use a few improvements. Otherwise, good customer service and fast shipping.

I always get affordable birth control and it comes on time, before I even realize I'm running out I get a notification that they are about to full an order! I use auto-refill and it's perfect. They only call annually to make sure everything is still going well, to ask when the last menstrual cycle was, and ask if I've seen my doctor recently.

I appreciate the thoroughness of the questions asked in regards to getting my birth control. It felt like a very competent replacement for a visit to a doctor's office for the same reason, and in addition, the doctor that I spoke on the phone with, did still encourage me to see a doctor in person for an annual exam, etc. Overall it was thorough, but very quick and easy to use at the same time, and I received my birth control in the mail in a timely manner and with no issues.

I was a new customer and was told to try Prjkt Ruby. I ordered both bc pills and ec and tried to contact customer service many times throughout their hours. Despite leaving messages and waiting, nobody reached out to me. I never received the overnight emergency contraception as well. Quite the disappointment. I tried Nurx as well, without any issues, and would recommend Nurx over Prjkt Ruby.

I love the idea of getting birth control in the mail and having a 3 month supply on hand, however, I have multiple times run out and had to wait because I had to go back into my account to revise my overall heath questionnaire (I do have auto refill) which would be totally fine if I knew about it before having to pay $34 extra dollars for overnight shipping (which it never come the next day??) so my cycle doesn't get messed up which it ends up getting messed up anyway and I have to wait until my next cycle starts. I really wish I would get a phone call a week or so prior to finding out I need to revise my health questionnaire . I am prone to ovarian cyst so every time I go without it its a risk.
