Product was delivered very quickly and discreetly.

Not a great experience given that my order was time sensitive and meant to be overnighted. I was told when I ordered that they would make a note on my file that if I hadn't received my order the following day to call them back and they would find an alternative. When I didn't receive my order the next day I called them back several time to try to find a solution, but I was immediately transferred to an answering service each time. I left a message but no one contacted me to sort my problem. By then I had no alternative means of finding another solution. I finally received my order four days later than it was supposed to have arrived. Not impressed.

I never have to worry about refills cause they ship automatically. I love it

My order got lost in the mall so they sent me a replacement free of charge and no questions asked. They even used overnight shipping to get me my order faster :)
