So convenient!

Makes getting birth control without health care coverage easy

Great service. Cheap prices. Good selection.

The doctors are great, and this service is very affordable and very convenient. The benefits to other women who also get birth control when you buy is a huge plus. My only problem is a small one, but I recently switch birth controls, and this new birth control came in a new and smaller package that I wasn't used to. I'm almost never home, so whenever mail comes for me, it sometimes gets lost in my home. I didn't realize my new round of birth control had been delivered, and I was searching all around for the bigger box I was used to. I contacted the company to see what my options were because the shipping info had marked the package as delivered, but I could not find it. I was worried someone had walked off with it before it could be brought into my house. The person I talked (through text) to was standoffish and made me feel as though I were trying to cheat the system by telling them my package was lost. I was trying to see if I would have to pay for a replacement order or not. I've been a customer for almost two years, so I wouldn't have minded paying for the next order if the company was unable to send a replacement. I ended up finding the package before asking that question. I waited to ask the question because the representative was just very off putting. I let the representative know I'd located the package, and they did not respond, which is fine, I guess. Other than that one interaction that was mostly my fault anyway, I love this company and what it is doing. There are many different birth control options, and you are able to choose which option works for you. My original birth control was not at a strong enough dosage to properly control my period, but I spoke to one of the doctors, and she upped the dosage for my next order.

I had a prescription for this brand from a doctor and now can get it refilled with no hassle. Thank you, Project Ruby.

Easiest, no hassle thing ever. I had a phone consult with a nurse practitioner who answered all of my questions super professionally and didn't get impatient or judge and I really felt comfortable and heard. Honestly, I don't know why I didn't find this earlier! It would have made life so much easier! You can't beat the fact that it's literally dropped off at your doorstep. All in all I'm very pleased and I will be a returning customer!

Very convenient. Fast delivery.

A very easy site to navigate and the questionnaire makes you confident that you are selecting the right product for you. Delivery is discrete. Have been a customer for about a year now and couldn't imagine using another service.
